- We developed an electronic catalog for a laboratory products distributor that contains over 100,000 products and associated images on a single CD-ROM. A visually appealing application following the newest Windows design guidelines, the catalog lets users view the items by category, and search by keyword, part number, or even by manufacturer. One click and the item is added to an order form, ready for printing. Combined, our electronic catalogs are in use on a daily basis by over 100,000 users across the nation.
- For a heavy-equipment manufacturer, we developed an application that would automatically validate part-numbers which were based on combinations of user-selectable options. Our application ensured that only valid combinations were ever entered into their order entry system.
- An internet based application we developed for a restaurant supplies distributor, runs every evening unattended to synchronize data from two different databases in separate locations, which in turn updates an on-line product catalog.
- Another application for a table-cloth manufacturer automatically generated over 32,000 possible part-numbers based on the valid combinations of dimensions, materials and colors. By also generating an accurate price for each item and an approprirate description, our application increased productivity and eliminated human-error.
