The Conveya System

 The Conveya system is an on-line application that lets you share your product information easily and inexpensively.

 Using a standard web-browser, you can log in to Conveya to review and update your product information. You can add, delete and modify existing items. You can even upload new images, PDF files or other documents that you'd like to associate with your products.

 As you update your data, the changes you make are automatically noted by the Conveya system, and then, each evening, an email is sent to individuals you designate informing them of the change. It's simple, automatic, and it keeps everyone up-to-date.

For you..
Any number of your staff can access the database at the same time to make changes or to just review information. You can even download your information in a a variety of formats (like, Microsoft Excel) and use the data in other applications and in your back-office system.

And it's designed for manufacturers and distributors... you can even schedule changes up to 180 days in advance, and have Conveya automatically make the change on the day you designate.. handy for alerting your customers to upcoming price or product line changes.

Conveya interfaces (automatically, at no additional charge) with a variety of industry-wide catalogs so that you get the most exposure for a minimum of effort.

For your customers..
With your authorization, your vendors, distributors and customers can also log in at any time of the day or night and review your product information. They can search for products, download images to use in a new flyer they are creating, or just confirm a price. Easier access to your data will result in better informed and satisfied customers.
